Devotion to the Holy Spirit

The devotion to the Holy Ghost has always been one of my favorites; it does not necessarily require practices that would occupy much time, an occasional “Gloria” during the day in thanksgiving for all His benefits. We do not thank God enough; the Psalmist says: “His praise shall be ever in my mouth.” Nothing is so gracious as thanksgiving. The Holy Ghost is the author and inspirer of grace. On His motion do we depend for every meritorious thought, word and action. To Him we owe all the Sacraments and all His seven-fold gifts. Are not these motives for special devotion?
